The Golden Rule is only meaningful if we apply it in all our interactions with other people.

In our busy and hectic way of living there are times in everyone’s life that we may not understand why people do what they do.

There are many times in our lives when we become upset about family, work, or health challenges. We become impatient with others at these times. Couldn’t it be said that these are the times when we should especially try to use the Golden Rule so that we do not take out our frustrations on others? . . .

In applying the Golden Rule as a guide to living and working in harmony with another, we are giving others the understanding and kindness that each of us wish to receive.

“Whatever you wish that men would do to you, do so to them.” -Matthew 7:12
