Mrs. Annette L. Langford, of Kerrville, Texas, passed away on October 12, 2023 in Kerrville, Texas. She was born in Houston, Texas to Odest and Freda Isaacks.

Annette chose cosmetology as her profession and provided this service for 36 years. Upon moving to Kerrville, Annette volunteered at the Humane Society, Peterson Hospice, and the Dietert Center Meals on Wheels program. Annette was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Annette also helped others as a certified nurse’s aide.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Odest Isaacks and Freda Fries Isaacks; and her spouse, Mortimer Langford.

Memorials may be given to The Humane Society of Kerrville.
