Herminia Salinas Emerick

Herminia Salinas Emerick was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on May 18, 2024 at age 77.

She was born to Giogracia Ambilon and Francesca Salinas on December 20, 1946.

Herminia met her husband, Frank Emerick, while he was stationed in the Philippines. They married in October of 1976, eventually migrating to the US.

Herminia loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. She shared stories with her children and grandchildren regarding her time growing up in the Philippines. She enjoyed playing bingo and challenging her family at rummy.

A memorial service is scheduled for 10 am on June 8, 2024 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville.
