Virginia Ann Roberts

Virginia Ann Roberts, 86, of Kerrville, Texas, was called home on December 26, 2024. Virginia was born on August 16, 1938, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to K.P. and Virginia S. Roberts. Ginny was raised up and graduated from high school in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Virginia earned a B.S. degree in education from Southern State University, and later earned a M.A. degree in education from Tulsa University. She served as a certified teacher in the Tulsa Public School System for many years, until her retirement.

Ginny loved living in Tulsa, and was very active in several community and civic organizations, including the Tulsa Opera, the Gilcrease Museum and the Tulsa chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Virginia is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Ray Williams; her son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Dania Gaskill; her grandchildren, Ross, Kathryn and Reid; her sister and husband, Kathleen and Steve Stone; and her sister, Becky Wolfe.

Virginia will be buried in the Garden of Memories in Kerrville.
