Kadin Thalmann
7/30/1991 - 2/27/2025

It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Kadin Thalmann, who left us unexpectedly on February 27, 2025, at the age of 33. Kadin was born on July 30, 1991, at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, and grew up to be a remarkable man with a heart full of love and compassion.

Kadin attended school in Carrizo Springs and later graduated at Boerne Champion High School, Class of 2009. He dedicated the past decade to self-employment, running his business in construction and land clearing. His talents were vast, as he was a true "jack of all trades" — a mechanic, truck hauler with a CDL, skilled carpenter, and tech-savvy in ways that amazed all who knew him. He approached life with a work ethic and passion that was unmatched, always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.

He found comfort in the simple things, often spending time with family and friends, whether it was playing cards, dice games, pickleball, or tending to his garden. With a heart that carried the wisdom of generations, yet a spirit that remained forever youthful, Kadin embodied the perfect balance of an old soul and a young heart.

Kadin was a deeply devoted Christian, and his faith was central to his life. He attended services at North Texas Fellowship in Yahweh, Congregation of Yahweh, Community Bible Church, and Wild Ride Ministries. He found great joy in being a part of these communities, often participating in Bible study groups and enjoying fellowship with his brothers and sisters in Christ. His faith was the foundation of his life, and he carried it with him every day.

In his quiet way, Kadin touched the lives of everyone around him. He was always there for his neighbors, friends, elders, and those in need, even in the most difficult weather conditions. His selflessness and kindness knew no bounds, and he was a shining example of how to love and care for others.

Kadin was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Barbara Thalmann and Linda Seelig. He is survived by his parents, David Thalmann and Sandy Barhum, his stepfather, Eitan Barhum, and his beloved sister, Kambryn Thalmann, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents who will all miss him dearly.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on March 6, 2025, at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville, TX. Funeral services will follow from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, officiated by Mike Weaver of Wild Ride Ministries. Kadin will be laid to rest at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Kerrville, TX.

Condolences may be sent at www.grimesfuneralchapels.com.

Kadin's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His legacy of kindness, faith, and selfless love will continue to inspire all who had the honor of calling him a friend, brother, son, and fellow believer.
