Kenneth Robert Hamill

Kenneth Robert Hamill, of Kerrville, passed away on March 31, 2026 in Kerrville. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to Robert L. Hamill and Sara Balsey Hamill on October 16, 1943. He married Ellanora Campbell Hamill on November 27, 1971 in St. Petersburg, Florida and was happily married for over 54 years.

He attended Eastern Michigan University and then went on to be a successful entrepreneur in a roofing materials business based out of San Antonio. Later in life, together with his wife during their extensive travels across North America, he authored and published Big Rigs Best Bets RV Directory.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Penny L. Hamill.

Survivors include wife Ellanora Hamill, daughter Kimberly Hamill Spenrath (Dale), son Brett Hamill (Laura), daughter Brooke Hamill (Mac), and daughter Amanda Hamill Pullin, brother Paul Hamill, sister Deborah Levit (Thomas), grandchildren Jacob Spenrath, Samantha Spenrath, Bailey Pullin, Jack Cox, and Campbell Cox.

A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
