With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Maria Teresa Miranda Cabrera, who entered eternal rest on April 11, 2026, at the age of 63 in Ingram, Texas.

Maria was born on June 17, 1962, in San Bartolo Tutotepec, Hidalgo, Mexico, to Estanislao Miranda Gomez and Maria Guadalupe Cabrera Cercas. In 2006, she and her family moved to the Texas Hill Country from California, where she quickly grew to love the town and its community. From a young age, Maria understood the value of hard work. She was self-employed and, over the years, faithfully served many families in California and Texas.

Maria was a strong and devoted woman who touched the lives of many throughout her lifetime. Even during her illness, she remained selfless, always advocating for and caring for those around her.

Above all, Maria treasured her family and friends. She had a remarkable gift for cooking, and her home became a gathering place filled with warmth, laughter, and love. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her across California, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Texas. She is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, Andres Coronel Diaz; her daughter, Mayra Eads, and her husband, Jordon Eads; and her cherished grandchildren, Atalie Casillas, Caleb Eads and Hailey Eads. She is also survived by her son, William Coronel Miranda, and his wife, Anai Carmona; her mother, Maria Guadalupe Cabrera; and her mother-in-law, Concepcion Diaz.

She is further survived by her brothers and sisters and their families: Diego Barrios and his wife, Antonia Rojas, and their children; Obdulia Miranda and her husband, Valentin, and their children; Aquilino Barrios and his children; Pedro Coronel and Eva Melendez and their children; and Heriberto Miranda and his wife, Adenis Vergara, and their children; and sister-in-law, Bertha Coronel.

She also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews, including Pedro Coronel and his wife, Angelica Coronel, and their children; Jesus Barrios and Cynthia Hernandez, and their children; Yaqueline Barrios and her husband and their children; Liz Barrios; Maribel Miranda and her husband and her daughter; Christopher Coronel; Cathy Coronel; Karla Coronel; and Dulce Coronel and her husband and their children, along with many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who loved her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Maria Remedios Miranda Cabrera; her brother, Artemio Miranda Cabrera; her sisters-in-law, Sindya Romero Sanchez and Hermila Coronel Diaz; and her father-in-law, Tranquilino Coronel Flores.
