I always enjoyed visiting with LaVonne over the years at the Werlein's Christmas parties. She was such a lovely lady and so cheerful and friendly. My late husband knew she and Ron better than I did. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I enjoyed Lavonne for many years at Denny’s. She gifted me a precious Christmas ornament for my tree many years ago when I first met her, and I still have it and think of her every time I hang it on my tree, sweet lady we will all miss you

I did not know LaVonne very well. However, when our church offered an evening service in our chapel, I attended each week with my mother . It was such a blessing to worship with LaVonne. She ALWAYS stopped to visit and was so gracious to me and to my mom. Her Christian kindness meant so much to me as I stressed to get my mom out of the house and at the service. She took the time to make small talk. My mother loved that since she had few visitors as she aged. I also loved it. Condolences to her family. Matthew 5:4 states "Blessed are those who mourn, for th3ey will be comforted.' I pray her family is comforted that she belonged to the Lord . Barbara Goss Johnston
