It is with great heartache that I send my deepest condolences. My love for Duane and Jo go back over 60 years where our families met while stationed at West Point N.Y. I consider Duane and Jo like family. When I made application to D.P.S. As a state Trooper, Duane’s glowing recommendation was instrumental in the beginning years of my 30 year career. I will always be thankful for his unwavering support. Thank you both for being such loving and supportive friends to my mom and dad. Duane will be greatly missed by the Richey family.

My most heartfelt condolences. The Wheeler family has been a part of my life since I was 11. I love my memories of Duane. So many shenanigans. Taking me along on their family camping/fishing trips and making Teresa and I clean our own fish. He would come running out their front door to poor glasses of water on us. So many great memories ❤️
