Ralph Michael Rollins (''Mike''), age 61 of San Antonio, TX, passed away on November 15, 2024 in his home in Center Point, TX. He was born in Abilene, TX to Billy Don and Thelma Ann Rollins in March 22, 1963.
Mike graduated from Tom C. Clark High School in San Antonio in 1981 where he enjoyed playing football and being a member of the FFA. While in school, he also worked many hours at the food chain Piggly Wiggly, a family business, with his brother and parents where he helped to set up stores and stock the shelves.
One of Mike's proudest accomplishments after finishing high school was serving as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps (Semper Fi) from 1981-1985. He served in the Aviation Supply Unit and was a recipient of the Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, and Rifle Marksman. He had many stories of his time while stationed at El Toro in San Diego, CA and from when he served in Iwakuni, Japan. Mike also completed some college at Central Texas College while enlisted as a Marine. Soon after returning home, Mike began his career in Food Sales which spanned over the next 30 years. He served in many aspects of the food industry and traveled frequently through the southeast region of the U.S.
Mike was a good soul, kind, funny, and had a great laugh. He loved his sons and family and enjoyed watching his boys play sports and also coached their little league basketball teams. He was the best father to his sons and a wonderful Uncle Mike to his nieces and nephews. He loved to listen to his albums, work in the yard, enjoy the ranch in the Hill Country, and he loved God.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Thelma Rollins; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Lorene Howser; and paternal grandparents, L.C. and Lena Rollins.
He is survived by his wife, Donna L. Rollins; sons, Hunter M. and Hayden M. Rollins; daughter-in-law Addie Rollins; brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Lisa Rollins; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bo and Debbie Trevino; mother-in-law, Bernice Robinson; and nieces/nephews, Christopher Rollins (fiancé Sophia), Kara Rollins Weaver (Jacob), Kirstie Rollins, Brooke Trevino, Kristen Trevino; and great niece and nephew, Annie Weaver and Jack Weaver, as well as many other cousins, family, and friends who will love and miss him dearly.
