She was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Patricia and Bryan Barnett on October 26, 1982. She married Charles Key on October 15, 2024.
She graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio and then attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. She worked most of her years in the sales industry working with many luxury retailers.
Rohde had a love for rodeo, and the western lifestyle. She loved helping others, volunteer work, and was passionate about all animals, especially horses.
Rohde is preceded in death by her grandparents, James (Pop) and Reva (Mommom) Barnett and grandmother, Elaine McKay Knaggs (Honey).
Survivors include her loving husband and best friend of 25 years, Charles Key; sister, Jenny Pannel and (Jarret) of Holiday, Texas; mother, Patricia Barnett of Boerne, Texas; father, Bryan Barnett of San Antonio, Texas; sister-in-law, Marianne Key; and nephew, Caleb Watt Key of Harper, Texas; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. John C. Key (Doc and Mama Key) also of Harper, Texas.
She will be greatly missed by her dogs, Hotel Emma, Cowgirl, Bluebell, and Cowboy; her darling friend, Susan; and everyone with whom she ever crossed paths with.
Funeral services will be held at 4 PM, Saturday February 8, 2025, at Grimes Funeral Chapels.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rohde's Horses account in Charles Key's name at The Bank and Trust in Kerrville or Boerne. Rohde was passionate about helping horses and this will start her own foundation to help horses in need.

I was looking up the obituary’s in kerrville an i saw this pretty girl named rohde; im so sorry for her family an her sweet animals; she looks like she was a very sweet person: I hope her sweet pets will ok an have alot of love an attention.Pets need alot of love when they lose their loved one, they dont understand like we do.Death is horrible to go through.My thoughts are with everyone
