On Sunday, March 30, 2025, our beloved Patricia Ann Peters Pfiester, 76, passed away at her home in Kerrville, Texas.

She was born to Donald Barnett Peters and Eleanor Henke Peters in Kerrville, Texas, on September 1, 1948. A few years later, she welcomed a baby brother, David Riley Peters, a relationship she cherished dearly. Pat graduated from Tivy High School in 1966. She married Carlos Edwin Pfiester on July 22, 1967, and together, they raised four children they adored.

Patricia, also known to many as Patsy, Pat, Ms. Pat, Nani, and Mom, carried joy and light with her everywhere, and her love for Christ touched everyone she met. She was a beloved cornerstone to her church, friends, and family. Patricia knew no stranger, and her life tells an empowering story of what it is to love others as Jesus loves us. Pat was unapologetically herself in all areas of life, from her style to her words to her love for all things pink and glittery. She was confident in who God created her to be and truly an inspiration to others of what it is to be made in the image of God. She was a beautiful mother, a doting grandmother, a faithful sister, and a devoted friend. Her passion was her family, and now they are her legacy. Truly, ''Her children rise up and call her blessed…'' (Proverbs 31:28).

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Barnett Peters; her mother, Eleanor Henke Peters; her children's father, Carlos Edwin Pfiester; her daughter, Tamara Pfiester Pate; and her son-in-law, Greg Pate.

Patricia is survived by her son, Carl Edwin Pfiester - wife (Carianne); daughters, Tiffany Pfiester Way - husband (Michael) and Ashley Pfiester Causey - husband (Ben); her eight grandchildren, Carlye Pfiester Carpenter - husband (Jared), Nathanael Pfiester - wife (Brylee), Cassie Pate, Noah Pfiester, Victoria Way, Colton Pfiester, Chloe Pfiester, and Boston Way; great-grandson, Judah Carpenter; brother, David Riley Peters; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Viewing will be at 11 am on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Calvary Temple Church, followed by a Celebration of Life service at noon, and concludes with a graveside service at Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Michael Way, Ben Causey, Nathanael Pfiester, Noah Pfiester, Colton Pfiester, Boston Way, Jared Carpenter, and Stone Sahd.

The family wishes to extend our sincere appreciation to Brandie Ramirez for her compassion, love, and support. Her faithfulness and dedication made all the difference during a very challenging time, for which we are deeply grateful.

My heart was sad to hear the news that you’re no longer with your family or all of us who loved you so much. I’m grateful that you’re no longer having to tread any difficulties on this earth, but joined with your loved ones and with Jesus.
I know you have left not just a hole In the lives of all who were blessed to know you, but a great impact and the hearts of so many. I am so grateful for every single time I got to hug your neck and receive your sweet smile and kind words, Ms Pat!! Til we meet again!!
