Services for Richard Lee Elliott, 65, of Kerrville, who passed away Saturday, January 31, 2026, in Kerrville, will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Grimes Funeral Chapels, officiated by Rev. Frankie Enloe. Visitation will precede the service from 1-2 PM.
