Amy passed away on December 4, 2014 in Kerrville, TX. \r\n\r\nAmy will be remembered for her smile, her laugh and her incredible courage in facing her battle with cancer.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her children Adam Neeley, Lauren Neeley and Nathan Neeley; her mother, Susan Kahn Jefferson and her husband Phil Zimmer; her father Ronald Adams; her brother Alan Adams and his wife Tanis and their daughter Maya; her brother Andrew Adams and his wife Julie; and her former husband Eddey Neeley.\r\n\r\nThe family would like to specifically thank the following doctors who cared for Amy: Rebecca Barrington,M.D., Valerian Chyle M.D., Michael Gnuechtel D.O. and Kelly Pelton,M.D\r\n\r\nIn lieu of flowers, donations in Amys name to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.\r\n\r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
