Ruger Dwayne Rowan, age 2, of Harper, passed away Friday, July 3, in San Antonio. He was born May 7, 2013, in Fredericksburg to Lindsay Michelle Fisk and Brian Wayne Rowan. In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandmothers, Bernice Mabry and Pam Fisk; grandfather Bob Fisk, and numerous aunts and uncles. \r\n\r\nThe family will receive friends at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville on Wednesday, July 8, from 5-6 PM. \r\n\r\nFuneral Services will be held on Thursday, July 9, at 10:30 AM at the Wild Ride Ministries Cowboy Church, 20842 W Hwy 290, Harper, TX, 78631, with Pastor Mike Weaver officiating.
