William (Bill) Elmo Jeffers, 68, of Bandera, passed away August 7, 2015.\r\n\r\nHe was born to the late Elmo Jeffers and Maggie Emmons on Feb. 02, 1948, in Sabinal, TX. Bill served in the United States Navy as a Gunners Mate and Barber during the Vietnam War. He married Jeannette Jeffers on Aug. 1st, 1983. He is the father of Angie Murray, Mandi Jeffers, Terri Randolph, Billie McCune, and Martin Jeffers. He is also the grandfather to 11 children. He is preceded in death by his father Elmo Jeffers, mother Maggie Emmons, step-father Douglas Emmons, brother Donnie Jeffers and nephew James Jeffers.\r\n\r\nMemorial services will be held at his home church, Twin Lakes Independent Baptist Church of Bandera, Texas, Tuesday August 11th at 11am.\r\n
