Mass for Mr. Francis Willard Sheppard, age 90 of Kerrville, who passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 at his residence will be held 10 AM, Friday, September 4, 2015 at Notre Dame Catholic Church with Father Scott Janysek as celebrant. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
