Patsy Lee Cramer, 87, of Pipe Creek, Texas, passed away on September 19, 2016 at her home. She was born in Dallas, Texas to Thomas And Mary Jo Elms on May 28, 1929. She was married to Joe O. Cramer, Jr.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her husband, Joe O. Cramer, Jr.; daughters, Lee Ann Cramer Hibbetts, Lisa Mari Cramer Gonzalez and Lyn Michelle Cramer.\r\n\r\nA memorial service will be held at a later date. \r\n\r\n
