Jewel Virgina Gould, 85, of Bandera, passed away on January 9, 2017, in Bandera. She was born in Three Rivers, Texas to Earl and Myrtle Guse on December 11, 1931. She married Lloyd G. Gould on October 19, 1953 in Billings, Montana.\r\n\r\nJewel is survived by her daughter, Kathy Freeman and her husband, Lealon of Bandera; sons, Edward Gould of Navasota, Texas, David Gould of Bandera; sister, Jeanette Newby of Selma, Oregon; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. \r\n\r\nA Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.\r\n\r\nA Graveside Service will be held Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio at 1:00 PM.
