Beulah A. Betty Barnes, age 84 of Kerrville, passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 in a local care center. She was born October 26, 1932 in Salina, KS. \r\n \r\nShe is survived by one daughter, two sons, two brothers, and five grandchildren.\r\n \r\nGraveside services will be held 2 PM, Friday, January 27, 2017 at Garden of Memories Cemetery.\r\n \r\n
