Billie Gene Moore, 81, of Kerrville, passed away on February 14, 2017, in Kerrville, Texas. She was born in Liberty Hills, Texas to Henry and Bessie Copeland on December 7, 1935. She married Elton C. Moore, Jr. on July 2, 1966 in Georgetown, Texas.\r\n \r\nShe worked as a Nurses Aide for the Kerrville State Hospital until retirement. After retirement, she continued to be involved in various church organizations and Sunday school programs. Billie had an unwavering faith in God. \r\n \r\nBillie is preceded in death by her husband, Elton C. Moore, and daughter, Shirley Ellebracht.\r\n \r\nBillie is survived by son, Elton C. Moore, III and wife Candy Moore; son, Sonny D. Moore and wife Alicia Valentine-Moore; grandchildren, Henry Ellebracht, Seara Ellebracht, Kyle Moore, Renita Moore, Samuel Moore, GlennAlise V. Saunier, Wesley Moore; and great-grandson Rylan Ellebracht. \r\n \r\nVisitation will be Thursday, February 16th at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville, Texas. \r\n \r\nFuneral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2017 at Grimes Funeral Chapels with the Rev. Glenna Kelley officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Mountain Home, Texas. \r\n
