Beulah F. Blair, 83, of Kerrville, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.\r\n\r\nShe was born in Colorado City, Texas, to Jerome and Marjorie Pond on July 29, 1934. Beulah was married to William R. Blair on July 13, 1956.\r\n\r\nShe received a degree in nursing and served as a nurse for more than 30 years in Ector County.\r\n\r\nBeulah is survived by her husband, William; and their three children, Dean Blair, Stacey Blair and Steve Blair. Beulah was also blessed to have six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, all of who brought her great joy.\r\n\r\nBeulah will always be remembered by her family as a caring wife, mother and grandparent. Her dedication and love of her family will always be cherished.\r\n
