Georgia Adams Russell 92,of Bandera, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019, in Kerrville. A memorial service will be held on Monday, Dec. 16, 2019, at 10 a.m., at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Bandera, Texas.
