No services will be held for Richard "Rick" Brian Ernst, 64, of Kerrville, who passed away Monday, June 27, 2022 at his residence. He will be interred in Columbia, South Carolina. Arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
