Linda Faye Lee, 76, of San Antonio, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 8, 2023. She passed peacefully at her home. Linda was born on April 29, 1947, to John and Juanita Andrews.

Linda grew up in Brownwood, Texas and graduated from Brownwood High School.

She met the love of her life, Jimmy Lee, who was attending Howard Payne University. They married on August 20, 1966.

Jimmy and Linda returned to the Hill Country and lived and worked in the Kerrville area. Linda worked at the Kerrville Telephone Company before taking a position at First National Bank, Kerrville. She transitioned with the bank when it became Norwest and later Wells Fargo and retired from Comerica Bank-Ingram.

Linda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to bake and brighten the days of others by bringing banana nut bread to work and functions. If she was not baking for friends and family, Linda traveled to different antique stores in Texas to find her favorite treasures.

Linda served as Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Main and Ingram and spent over 30 years in the banking industry.

In addition to banking, Linda served on numerous community and scholarship boards culminating as President of the American Business Women’s Association Kerrville Chapter.

Linda demonstrated her love for the community and its youth by serving as a youth leader with her husband at First Baptist Church, Ingram.

As her health deteriorated, Linda moved to San Antonio to be closer to her children.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, John Andrews; stepfather, Bill Hudson; mother, Juanita Hudson; and brother, Don Andrews.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Lee; daughter, Debbie Michelle Lozano; son, James Lee; granddaughter, Hannah Lee Lozano; grandson, Josh Lozano; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 13, 2023 at Nichols Cemetery. Senior Pastor Chris Johnson, First Baptist San Antonio, will be officiating.

"Mr. Lee, J.W., and Debbie,
I am just finding out about your mom's passing and wanted to send my condolences to you all. Your mom helped me open my first bank account way back in 1987 and of course was a wonderful cook. I remember how she was always so gracious and understanding when J.W. and I would be out late either working on UIL events, Student Council, and of course Athletic events. I considered her a 2nd mom as she was always concerned about my well being. She was a great lady and I know she will be sorely missed. Peace be with her and the Lee family..
