Brenda Ferguson Sellers, 80, of Kerrville, Texas passed away on October 28, 2023. She was born July 22, 1943, to Dorothy Freeman Ferguson and David Carol Ferguson.

Brenda was an active member of the Tivy High School Class of ’61. She loved their annual ride in the THS Homecoming parade and their reunion that lasted the full weekend. She loved her classmates and talked about them all the time. They brought her so much happiness.

Brenda and her husband, Bill, raised their family in Bastrop, Texas. She was involved in Blue Santa for many years, Meals on Wheels, and she volunteered during Elections.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Carol Ferguson; mother, Dorothy Kennedy; sons, Clyde Sellers and Michael Sellers; and her sister, Judy Rouse.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, William (Bill) Sellers; sister, Debbie Bloom and husband Charles and their daughters, Taylor Bloom, Vicki Bloom and son Aubrey Bloom (Jen); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 3, 2023, at the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Grimes Funeral Chapels.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to Peterson Hospice for the kindness and support of Brenda and our family.
