Troy Edgar Allen, 88, of Kerrville, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, in Kerrville. He was born in Lafayette, Louisiana.
He worked in the can industry for 53 years. He was a veteran in the Army. He volunteered as a U.S. Water Rescue Dive Team member for 4 years.
He is survived by daughter, Kim Humble Kane and son-in-law, David Kane; granddaughter, Dominique Evey; last love, Judy Conway and stepdaughter, Diane Conway.
A celebration of life party in his honor will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2024, at The Gardens at the Ridge.
