Daniel Bill Lozano passed away on August 6, 2026 at the age of 76, surrounded by his beloved family. Danny was born January 4, 1950 in Kerrville Texas to Felipe and Celia Lozano.

Danny graduated from Tivy High School in 1969.  He met the love of his life Priscilla Rodriguez in 1983 at the Kerrville bowling alley which was arranged by his cousin, Hilda and best friend, Nick Villanueva.  On May 10, 1984 they were married and began their lives together with their daughters, Ciera and Sebrina. Later in life they had two sons which Danny was over the moon with the birth of his sons, Daniel and Andrew.

Danny enjoyed golfing with his friends and family and his happiest moments were spent dancing and making memories with those he loved.  Danny was the storyteller and loved to laugh.  He worked at La Hacienda for 23 years until he retired in 2022.

Danny is survived by his wife, Priscilla Lozano; and children, Sebrina Elliott, Ciera and her husband Gerald Rios, Daniel Lozano, Andrew and his wife Eve Lozano; grandchildren, Cole Elliot, Gerald Jr, Zoe, Antonio, Justice and Matias Rios, Daniel Trey, Landon, Elayna, Ezra, Nora and Abel Lozano; great grandson, Seth Cole Elliott; siblings, Felipa Lozano Jr., Minerva Ayala, Argie and Louie Espinosa, Janie and Ben Saravia, Pauline Lozano and Rob Mall; sister-in-law, Lydia Rodriguez and a host of other nieces and nephews and family.

 Danny is preceded in death by his parents, Felipe and Celia Lozano; son in law Rodney Elliott; brothers, Robbie and Richard Lozano; brother-in-law, David Ayala, David Rodriguez; and in-laws, Mary and Matias Rodriguez.

The Lozano family and Priscilla would like to express their deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to Alamo Hospice team and the wonderful staff from Arbor View Nursing Home.  Especially Miriam Gonzalez that cared for Danny like he was her family.

 In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Alamo Hospice.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
