Papa, I am greatful for the time I got to spend with you. You always had great advice, especially when it was needed most. You and Granny took me in and loved me as one of your own and for that I will be forever thankful. I still have and treasure every gift you and Granny have ever given me and will continue to do so. I loved you dearly. Granny, I love you and I'm so sorry you are having to go through this. You are one of the strongest women I know so I know you are going to be okay. Plus you have a pretty amazing support system behind you. I will continue to pray for you and the family as y'all process and go through this tough time.

Thank you Uncle Big Jim for everything you have done I called you that because I knew underneath it was a big heart and God knows you had one rest in peace.

Jim or as he liked to be called Poppa was always very kind to me. He new how much I loved my Aunt Jean, and he respected me for that. He knew I would do anything I could for her, but mainly she just wanted me to cut her hair. Sometimes she wouldn’t want to call me and bother me, but if he could see she was getting frustrated with her hair, he would call me himself and ask me if I could get her in for a haircut. He will be missed!

My grumpy papa I never really got to attached to you because you were always so grouchy but I do know one thing you loved God. I've been beating myself up for not reading your book. I would always tell you I would start reading it when Pilo got home now he is home and I still haven't read it... you always would ask if I started reading it and if I had any questions. now I have questions and I can't ask you. I will miss you coming to the shop always complaining about something. may you rest in peace my sweet and grumpy angel I love you
ps. Dandy misses you she just isn't the same without her papa
