I just learned of Roger’s passing, my deepest sympathy .

I enjoyed knowing Roger and having him as a customer. I remember how he shared with me the team results in the Heart, those were some of his favorite times.

His love of family was unquestioned. I know he will be missed by many.

May the Good Lord surround and comfort Marilyn and the family.

We have had the pleasure and honor of knowing and spending time with Roger for almost 15 years. He always had a smile and always had a story to tell. His laugh was contagious. Truly a good and decent man in every sense. His contributions to the Falling Water community were selfless, significant and ongoing. Above all, Roger was a great neighbor and friend. With his passing, it feels like there is a little less laughter in the world. We miss him.

I had the honor to work side by side with Roger at GMAC - San Antonio. He had a passion for his work like he had for his family and church. Along with co-worker, Waylon Kesler, we enjoyed the friendly competition of our golf matches. Even though our careers took us on different paths, we remained in touch through the years. May he rest in peace and God Bless him in eternity. My condolences to Marilyn and family.

I worked for Roger at GMAC for many years. You would not find a better loyal colleague. A true gentleman and a great Manager. He had a great sense of humor. I never heard of anyone who didn’t like Roger. He was liked and respected by his employees and dealers.

Roger was the first Falling Water neighbor who cheerfully welcomed us. His cheerful demeanor and commitment to service made him our favorite. I'm very sorry that I am not at home to attend the service. My salute to a fellow veteran! Rest in peace; my prayers for Marilyn and the family.

I had the honor of meeting Roger in my mid 30s when I joined Country Place Golf Club in Pearland. We never knew we would end up in retirement almost next door to each other in the Texas Hill Country. Roger exemplified all that is the definition of a true gentleman! Thank you for your service, guidance and life’s example.
