For those fortunate enough to know Bill, his many diverse talents will surely bring a warm smile to your eyes and a wonderful caress of sound to your ears. He was a man of many hats, both literally and figuratively. His deeply thoughtful nature and analytic attention to detail were apparent to those around him through his interactions with others, his sense of humor, his writings, and his music. Throughout his life, Bill fully used his entire brain and mind. He was a poet, fisherman, writer, musician, collector, chemist, baseball player, lover of nature and animals, and adept at using math and science.

He was a son, brother, father, friend, and husband. While we will miss his ever-present fuzzy beard, we are grateful to know that he is now playing his guitar with vigor and finesse for his mother, father, sister, brother, and all those blessed to be in his audience.

No services are planned at this time.

My Dad (Fuzz-Dad) was such an amazing man. He always treated me as one of his biological children, and always showed his love for myself, his beautiful and loving wife Jean Korcz (my mom) and his granddaughter Alexis Petersen (my daughter) as well as his entire family and all who had the honor and privilege of knowing such a wonderful man. I am so very thankful to him for loving my mother the way he did. He always treated her with respect and true love and she did the same for him. I'm so thankful they had 30 amazing years together. I love you Dad, and I will miss him beyond what any words could possibly express
