Phil was my precious, big hearted Brother-in-law. Phil’s love of God, family, and country was evident in the way he lived and how he cared for people. Our whole family loved Phil and will miss him very much.

I worked with Phil at Mooney for a few years and loved to watch him fly his homemade P51 model plane. Will miss and remember him forever. God Bless his whole family in this time of sorrow.
