I was honored to be his friend if only for a short time as I got to know him recently! We hit it off right away and truly enjoyed several long discussions about life , family , and most importantly Jesus Christ! I am very saddened to see him go but very thankful for the love he shared and the opportunity to know him! RIP🙏❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️

It was an honor to visit with Joe this past five months at River Hills Health and Rehabilitation. He was one of the most genuine and caring people I've met. He was a military brother, a Christian brother, and a friend. For irreplaceable people like Joe, there are no goodbyes, only "I'll see you later!" Deepest condolences to his loving family. Salute!

He was such a nice man. He always had time to visit with me about city politics. So sorry for your loss.
