Vonda Sebesta, age 60, passed away on January 26, 2026, in Center Point, Texas.
She was born on September 10, 1965, in San Antonio, Texas, to Mitch and Sharon Butler. To those who knew her, V was a true free spirit who gave love easily and without condition. She had a sharp wit and an unmistakable laugh, spoke her mind honestly, and held a deep love for music, art, the water, and nature - where she felt most like herself. She showed up fiercely for the people she loved and gave her whole heart to her children and grandchildren, who were the center of her world. She will forever be their biggest cheerleader.
She is survived by her son, Tanner Sebesta, and his wife, Candice; her son, Canyon Sebesta; and her daughter, Dani-Grace Avalos. She is also survived by her brother, Mitchell Butler, and his wife, Sarah; her sister, Shara Myers, and her husband, Cary; and her brother, Walton Butler, and his wife, Julliann. She leaves behind four beloved grandchildren - Grady, Ainsley, Blake, and Porter Sebesta - as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces, and many cherished family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sharon Leanne Honea and Mitchell Hugh Butler; her brother, Allen Ainsley Butler; and her nephew, Trent Allen Butler.
A private viewing will be held for close family and friends. A celebration of life to honor and remember Vonda will be planned at a later date.
Vonda will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. V for Love.
