Mrs. Annette L. Langford, of Kerrville, Texas, passed away on October 12, 2023 in Kerrville, Texas. She was born in Houston, Texas to Odest and Freda Isaacks.
Annette chose cosmetology as her profession and provided this service for 36 years. Upon moving to Kerrville, Annette volunteered at the Humane Society, Peterson Hospice, and the Dietert Center Meals on Wheels program. Annette was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Annette also helped others as a certified nurse's aide.
Annette was preceded in death by her parents, Odest Isaacks and Freda Fries Isaacks; and her spouse, Mortimer Langford.
Memorials may be given to The Humane Society of Kerrville.

Anne was such a kind soul, I feel blessed to have known her. She was a welcome addition to the volunteers at the Hill Country Youth Store, working in the childrens clothing department. You are missed sweet Anne!

We are very sorry to hear of Ann's passing. She and her dog, Brandy, were great companions to my dad after the loss of my mom. They enjoyed traveling and doing "Meals on Wheels" together before he passed away in 2013. We will remember Ann as a warm person with a very caring heart.
