To the family of Mr. Murray,
I met Mr. Murray when I was the director at River Point for a year.
He was just the nicest gentleman. He was so pleasant to visit with and easy to be around. He always acted happy to see me.
We talked about his time with Champion. I remember his Champion spark plug lamp. And because of our conversations, I learned what MOPAR stands for.
I think of Barney as a Christian, gentle, patriot with wonderful manners.
He was blessed to have had so many family members come for his birthday at River Point.
His family is fortunate to have had the influence of such a man.
May he rest in Peace.

I meet Barney 40 + years ago when he was with Champion Spark Plug . I worked for Hi-Lo Auto in Houston and Galveston. I retired to Kerrville in 1990. One day I ran into Barney and his wife and renewed our frendship. I am so sorry to see that Barney has passed. He was always smiling when we meet from the first time I meet him to the the last time I saw him several years ago.
